The Khrafted Realm ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

If you contact us for support, we collect the contents of your message along with your name and email address.

How We Use It, and Who We Share It With

  • Payment processing: handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Order fulfillment: your name, shipping address, and order contents are shared with Printify, our print-on-demand partner, so they can produce and ship your order.
  • Order and shipping emails: sent via SendGrid using the email address you provide at checkout.
  • Customer support: messages you send to our support inbox may be processed using third-party tools, including AI-assisted drafting, to help our team respond more quickly and consistently. Every reply is reviewed by a person before it's sent — nothing is sent to you automatically. Support messages and order references are logged internally so we can track and follow up on open issues.
  • Review requests: a short time after your order ships, we may email you a link to leave a review. You can ignore this email with no effect on your order.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site. We only share your information with the service providers listed above, each solely for the purpose of fulfilling and supporting your order.

Data Retention

We keep order and support records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, respond to support requests, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are periodically cleared out.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing thekhraftedrealm@gmail.com. Some information (like completed order records) may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request.
